Can custom sizes save labor time?
Most times a piece that fits exact can save labor time and money. Instead of installing 2 or 3 parts, it may be possible to make one part to accomplish the same goal. Foundation insulation is a good example - instead of using two pieces of 4’ x 8’ sheets and cutting one of them to make a 9’6” height, Plymouth Foam can manufacture one piece that would be 4’ x 9’6”.
Custom Sizes
Need a custom size foam - no problem. We make our foam in block sizes of 4’ x 4’ x 18’ and we can cut it down to any size within.
Custom Thickness
We offer thickness to the 1/8 of an inch up to 48 inches thick.
Custom Shapes
Have a drawing, need a shape - we can make it.
